RRCI – the Rhodes Relationship Coaching Institute – is a live cohort certification program personally led by Brent and Angel Rhodes. We don’t just train you to coach – we equip you with the exact methodology that has helped 57 women get engaged and restored over 100 marriages. RRCI is a fully live cohort experience led personally by Brent and Angel Rhodes. The core RRCI Certified Relationship Coach certification is a 12-week program where you’ll train alongside a cohort of purpose-driven peers with direct access to Brent and Angel every step of the way. Upon completing your core certification, you have the option to pursue a licensed endorsement track to specialize in a specific coaching population.

• Ring Master Plan Specialist – for coaches called to serve single women
• Before We Say “I Do” Specialist – for coaches called to serve engaged couples
• Marriage Restoration Specialist – for coaches called to serve married couples

Choosing an endorsement track extends your total program length beyond the core 12 weeks, depending on the track selected. Each track licenses you to deliver specific RRCI programs within your specialty and requires annual renewal to keep your credentials current.

If you complete the core certification and are not yet ready to select a track – or simply want to coach broadly – that is completely valid. The core RRCI Certified Relationship Coach credential stands on its own.

Your training is built around Brent and Angel’s proven program library. Depending on your endorsement track, you’ll be equipped to deliver:

• Singles track: Preparing for Yes, Ring Blueprint, Healed Before Him
• Engaged track: Before We Say “I Do”
• Married track: Do You Want Your Marriage, Re-Ignite Your Relationship

Program length varies by track and cohort. Specific timelines are covered during the info session. What doesn’t change is this: you will be supported every step of the way, and Brent and Angel are personally invested in your success.

All materials are housed in the RRCI Student Center. Within 24 hours of enrollment, you’ll receive your login credentials and full access to your course materials, resources, and community.

Upon completing the program, you earn the RRCI Certified Relationship Coach designation – backed by the proven track record of Brent and Angel Rhodes. This is not just a certificate of completion. It is your authorization to coach with confidence, credibility, and a methodology that gets real results.

Your core RRCI Certified Relationship Coach credential does not expire. Your annual licensed endorsement track – which authorizes you to deliver specific RRCI programs in your specialty – is renewed each year to keep you current and credentialed in your coaching lane.

No. The coaching industry in the United States is not a regulated industry, and ICF accreditation is not required to practice as a professional coach. Your RRCI certification demonstrates that you have been trained, equipped, and credentialed by an institute with a proven methodology and real results. That is what clients care about most.
